ROV Technical Manager home and abroad

Are you up for this challenge, working schedule: work from home two weeks a month and two weeks a month on location (office) abroad, or sometimes on the project.

Your responsibilities and tasks are:

• ​Ensuring all opertiions are conducted in a safe, reliable and efficient manner
• Providing assistance in preparation of ROV tenders scopes and propose innovative solution that create added value to the customer
• Coordinating with subcontractor and group tool pool to provide ROV tooling to the projects
• Preparing and maintaining Technical documentation and certification of each equipment
• Supporting the offshore crew on ROV maintenance and repair tasks
• ROV maintenance budget

What are we looking for:

For this role we are looking for someone who is eager, passionate and committed with the following skills and competences:

• Project Manager with a few years Middle Management experience in a similar industry
• Trained and Certified E-Technician
• Effective communication skills.
• A good sense for commercial and contractual aspects of the job.
• Interpersonal skills to interface with the project team as well as the client.
• Excellent planning skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Highly organized, with problem resolution and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
